The first time I made this I accidentally left out the banana. When I drank it, I honestly thought I was drinking a no-bake oatmeal cookie (it's that good)! Just as good with the banana.
10 oz water
10-12 ice cubes
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 spoonfuls Adams peanut butter
1/2 banana
Blend and enjoy!
